Some wee little longies

There is really nothing more wonderful than knitting for new babies. This little baby will be here pretty soon and he's going to be quite the stylish little man straight away.

Knit using '...A time to dye' dye ends, these scrappies are on bfl and so soft and squishy yummy goodness. Cannot wait to see them in action!

Captured in time

It occurred to me today that there is so much more I would love to share. Here is a moment in time that I will always treasure. Out in the middle of a farm field on Vancouver Island, with music and dancing all around, my baby sleeping peacefully.

Here comes the sun!

Spring is approaching fast, the buds are on the trees, even a few flowers have begun to bloom! It seems that everyone is gearing up for the fun times this Spring and Summer have ahead. I am busy working away, I will be testing a few soaker patterns and trying out a skirty pattern so you can look forward to come goodies this month if I can manage to squeeze in a stocking!

I have found a true gem for all knitters like myself who need organization. Shannon of 'Flip, Skip, Jump' made me the most gorgeous knitting needle roll and it is making life just so wonderful.

Me and my Best Pal Board Shorts

I took the plunge and decided to knit my Elliebelly 'Retro Kitsch' into Board Shorts for Aaron.

My sister had sent some wonderful photos of our doggie Lucca when he was a Pup. Aaron and Lucca are best pals so we took our favorite picture and I made him a pocket so he can always have his Lucca with him:)

Happy Valentine's Day

Twilight Forest longies for Shane

I have been busy getting over being sick, and a back injury...as well as dealing with 1st trimester fatigue. What a month! A special message to my nephew Declan who was born 1 year ago today, 1 minute before midnight...just in time!:) Happy Birthday Declan, we miss you so much!

I have a stocking coming up Feb.22nd and that is mainly what I have been doing over the last few weeks besides one customs I was able to handle. I am hoping I get some energy back next month to get back into the swing of things again. Sorry to all who are waiting anxiously!

I will get some preview pictures up in the next week so you can see what I have been busy with.

I am planning a shorties themed stocking for February. It will happen approx the same time as last month so about the last week. Due to a back injury I have postponed a few things and knitting is going much slower so I am hoping to get some customs done and a decent stocking.
